Order a progress report or letter
A progress report is a multi-page document detailing the client's progress over the past reporting period (usually 12 months). It includes assessment tools and progress data.

A letter of recommendation is a shorter document (1-2 pages) detailing the RMT's observance and professional opinion on the suitability of music therapy for the client to address their NDIS goals.

Reports may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Documents will be sent by PDF to the email address on your service agreement.
