We offer individual NMT™ sessions for adolescents and adults in Geelong, VIC.

NMT™ is a specific division of music therapy that focuses on rhythmic entrainment of nerve signals, to support speech and communication, motor skills, and cognitive maintenance and rehabilitation.

Our studios include a variety of instruments including piano, drum kit, guitar and lots more. Our space is mobility-friendly, including parking at the door with a flat entry. Carers can wait in a comfortable waiting room during the session, or head to nearby cafes for a break.

Music therapy sessions are available weekly or fortnightly for either 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

Pricing

Pricing is set by the NDIS:
$193.99/hr

There is a 15 minute additional non-contact fee to cover session preparation, clinical notes, and resourcing.

NMT™ is suitable for clients with brain injury (for example, resulting from stroke or traumatic brain injuries), and clients with conditions that are neurodegenerative or affect their function, such as Parkinson’s, MS, Dementia, Aphasia, Dysarthria, Huntington’s.
